We know all the 'meister' local tradesmen and will negotiate with them
to get you the best possible price for your works and materials.

Before commencing any work we will agree suitable dates for you and the building firm,
allocate a schedule of payments tied to milestones being achieved i.e. clearing the site, laying foundations, brickwork etc and ensure that the builders turn up and complete the work to your specification.
During the whole project, you get constant feedback as a visual confirmation
of the work being undertaken by photos !
