Renovation I :

This project consist of a total renovation of the building,
including a major extention of the front outer wall.
Most of the inner walls were taken down in order to make this a spacious living area,
The woodwork of the floors and ceilings needs to be replaced.

As the house is situated against a slope, we installed drainage pipes around the house.
a damp proof course, external insulation, washed walls,external plastering, new concrete floors,
a large porch and terras extension, new UPVC double glazed doors and windows,
totally rewired, renovated roof, new guttering and septic tank, a lovely fireplace ...
In other words: the full works !!

In a second stage, the barn, garage and stone fence will get a facelift and rendered .
