Renovation II :

This project is a high-end apartment in a new builing

The apartment was bought 'bulgarian finished', meaning windows, front door, plaster boarding finish ..

As the client was very open minded when it came to the choice of materials and the final concept,
we were able to go for a 'high-end' concept:

a kitchen in high-gloss paint, in combination with a glass worksurface and glass backsplash,
stainless steel accessoires ...
a massive natural stone dining table,
a top quality wooden floor in combination with slate tiles,

a special waterproof rendering in the bathroom, which enabled us to avoid tiles in the wet area,
in combination with metal-look tiles and design furnature

an italian rendering in the hall ..

In one word : high-end
