Renovation I :
Apart from leveling the house this was almost an entire rebuild.
As you can see from the photos we put in a damp proof course, external insulation,
internal plaster boarding, external plastering, new concrete floors, totally rewired, new roof,
guttering and large porch extension, new UPVC double glazed doors & windows,
central heating, new septic tank, and a lovely fireplace.
We even knocked down the garage!
