This means that we have the property during your absence
regularly inspecting any problems.
And solving any problems in consultation with you.

So you get after each inspection a report forwarded, possibly supplemented by a photo-report and assessment of the problems to be solved.
This service ensures:
- periodic monitoring of burglary or attempted burglary / vandalism / damage
- additional inspection after extreme weather (storms / snow / ..)
- inspection at any plumbing leaks (taps / toilet / ..)
- ventilate the house and optionally heating for your arrival on holiday
- making the home ready for the winter (I.e turning off water etc)
